In the early years, Alberta was not able to compete with British Columbia and Quebec – they often fell short at many of the tournaments. However, in 2019 Team Alberta was able to finish first at the British Columbia Nationals. In 2023 the Alberta Team placed first in the 2023 Défi Sportif Tournament. Alberta has advanced as a province quite far and they continue to do so!
